Richard Cecil Slocum

Richard Cecil Slocum of South Boston, VA passed away June 30, 2021.  He was born in Omaha, NE on May 16, 1942 and was 79 years of age. He was the son of the late Cecil Slocum and the late Mildred Slocum. He was married to Janice Smith Slocum who survives.
