Sandra Lynn Spell McGregor

Mrs. Sandra Lynn Spell McGregor of South Boston, VA passed away on Thursday, October 20, 2022 at her home. She was born in South Boston, VA on February 19, 1969 and was 53 years old. She was the daughter of Sara Lawrence Peebles and the late Woodard Harris Spell and was married to Michael Dean McGregor. Sandra was a member of Fork Baptist Church. She was a physical therapist with Sentara Home Health and loved helping her patients. She was extremely fond of her dogs and loved working in her yard. She was the ultimate caregiver and helped many people, not just with her job, but for all that needed her. Survivors include: Her husband Michael McGregor of South Boston Her daughter Lauren Kay Davis of South Boston Her son Dustin McGregor of South Boston Her mother Sara Lawrence Peebles of South Boston Her siblings Kathy P. McQueen, Becky P. Rhinehart, Susan S. McCormick, Gayle Spell, Libby Phillips, Trish S. Barger, Larry Spell, Bill Phillips, Woody Spell, Glenn Spell, and John Spell. She was preceded in death by a brother, Hank Spell. A private memorial service will be held at her home at a later date. Family and friends are welcome at her home at any time.
