Shirley Reamer Newcomb

Mrs. Shirley Reamer Newcomb of Scottsburg, VA passed away Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at her home. She was born September 11,1965 in Halifax County, VA and was 59 years old. She was the daughter of the late James Reamer and the late Shelby Dalton Reamer and was married to Donnie Edward Newcomb who survives.

 Shirley loved her job as a Certified Public Accountant. She loved spending time outdoors, especially the beach and the mountains. Shirley’s favorite pastime was spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren. She will be missed by all who knew her.

 Memorial services will be held Saturday, November 30,2024 at 2:00 P.M. at the Powell Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Clinton McKinney officiating.

 The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Powell Funeral Home.
