Thomas Langford, Jr.

Thomas Langford, Jr. of Scottsburg, VA passed away August 9, 2021.  He was born in Halifax County, VA on March 13, 1944 and was 77 years of age. He was the son of the late Thomas Langford, Sr. and the late Blanche Estelle Smith Langford. He was married to the late Gloria Gene Martin Langford.

He was a member of Fork Baptist Church and was a retired tobacco and cattle farmer.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, August 14, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at Fork Baptist Church with the Rev. Ken Warfield officiating. Burial to follow in Oakland Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Friday evening from 7:00 until 8:30 P.M. at Powell Funeral Home and other times at his home.
