Virginia Ann Womack

Virginia Ann Womack of Vernon Hill, VA passed away December 27, 2018.  She was born in Halifax County, VA on December 29, 1951 and was 66 years of age. She was the daughter of the late Willie Brann Womack and the late Annie McCormick Womack.

She was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church. Although not having children of her own, she dearly loved the children in her life. Ann had a knack for baking cakes, and dearly loved playing Bingo. She never met a stranger and everyone felt loved in her presence.

A funeral service will be held Sunday, December 30, 2018 at 3:00 P.M. at Powell Funeral Home Chapel the Rev. Bill Wilkins officiating. Burial to follow in Womack Family Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Sunday, one hour prior to the service at Powell Funeral Home.
