William Ray Fore, Jr. of Scottsburg, VA passed away August 16, 2022. He was born in Washington County, VA on December 4, 1933 and was 88 years of age. He was the son of the late William Ray Fore, Sr. and the late Bertha Mae Deboard Fore. He was married to the late Barbara Joan Cook Fore. He was of the Christian faith, a United States Army Veteran and a retired engineer.
